f84f636529 feat(android): update NDK and Kotlin versions 
- Updates the NDK version to "27.2.12479018" in `android/app/build.gradle`.
- Updates the Kotlin Android plugin version to "2.1.0" in `android/settings.gradle`.
- Add abiFilters 'arm64-v8a'
